Baked Chicken Wing Appetizers 18 chicken wings 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger 3/4 teaspoon paprika 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 (8 ounce) carton plain yogurt 2 tablespoons honey 6 tablespoons butter Preheat oven to 425. Cut wings at joints, set aside. On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs, sesame seeds, salt, ginger, paprika and red pepper. In pie plate, combine yogurt and honey. Dip wings into yogurt mixture. Roll in crumb mixture. Place onto rack in large roasting pan. In saucepan, melt butter over low heat. drizzle half over wings. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn wings. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake for 15 minutes,, or until browned and tender.
