Barbecued Cocktail Meatballs 2 pounds ground beef 1 1/3 cups ketchup, divided 3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs 1 egg, lightly beaten 2 tablespoons minced onion 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine beef, 1/3 cup ketchup, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic salt and pepper, mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place into two 10x15 inch jelly-roll pans. Bake for 18 minutes, or until browned. Transfer to crockpot. In another bowl, combine remaining ketchup, sugar, tomato paste, soy sauce, vinegar and hot pepper sauce. Pour over meatballs. Cover. Cook on low for 4 hours.
