CHEESE BLINTZES 1 pound loaf white bread, crusts removed 1/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 stick butter, melted 1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream Preheat oven to 350. Generously coat baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Roll slices of bread flat. In bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, milk and vanilla until smooth. Spread onto each slice of flattened bread. Roll each bread slice up. Dip into melted butter. Roll immediately in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Cut rolls into 1 inch pieces. Place onto prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
