Cheese Puffs 6 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces 1 cup water 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup all-purpose flour 5 eggs 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Salt and pepper Preheat oven to 450. In saucepan, combine butter, water and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Return to heat. Continue stirring for 1 minute to melt remaining butter. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, gently mixing after each addition. While dough is still warm, stir in cheese, salt and pepper. Coat baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon out individual dough/cheese puffs onto baking sheet. Puffs should be 1 to 2 inches around. You can also spoon mixture into muffin pan that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
