Cinnamon Snails 4 slices soft white bread, crusts trimmed 1/4 cup soft cream cheese 3 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 stick butter, melted Preheat oven to 350. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese onto each slice of bread. Roll up with cream cheese on inside. Cut each roll into thirds. In bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip each roll into melted butter. Roll in cinnamon mixture. Do not dip ends of rolls. Place, seam side down, onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, or until light brown and crisp. Makes 12.
