Appatizer Sausage Balls In Blankets 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons curry powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 pound pork sausage 1 stick butter In bowl, combine flour, curry powder, paprika, salt and cheese. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Shape into ball. Cover. Chill. Shape heaping teaspoonfuls of sausage into small balls. In skillet, fry over medium heat until well browned. Drain on paper towels. Divide dough into as many pieces as sausage balls. Shape dough evenly around balls. Wrap and freeze. At serving time, Preheat oven to 400. Place frozen sausage balls onto baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden. Serve with toothpicks. Makes 3 dozen.
