Sausage Cheese Balls 2 pounds bulk sausage 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix 1/2 cup finely chopped celery 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Preheat oven to 375. In bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
