Sausage Roll Ups 1 package Little Smokies 1 package refrigerated pie crust dough Cajun seasoning, kosher salt or your favorite seasonings Preheat oven to 350. Roll out pie crust dough until it's about half the thickness it was when it came from package. Pinch off or cut small rectangles of dough, just big enough to wrap around sausages. Dust dough lightly on one side with seasonings. Wrap dough around sausages, pinching shut with wet fingers. Place rolls onto baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until brown.
