Strawberries Divine 24 long stem strawberries 1 cup whipping cream 3 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Rinse strawberries, drain on paper towels. Gently pat dry. In saucepan, combine cream, sugar and butter. Cook to boiling over medium-high heat. Place chocolate into a heatproof bowl. Pour boiling cream over chocolate. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. Cool to room temperature. Dip strawberries, one at a time, into ganache, swirling to coat. Hold over bowl briefly to let excess drip off. Place dipped strawberries onto waxed paper-lined pan.
