Tortilla Roll Ups 10 to 12 tortillas 1 (16 ounce) package Velveeta, softened 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped In bowl, combine Velveeta and cream cheese until completely blended. Hands work best for this. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Spread thinly over tortillas to edge. Roll each tortilla up tightly. Place, seam side down, onto platter. Chill for 2 hours. Slice each tortilla into bite sized pieces, usually 5 to 7per roll. Serve with salsa.
