Banana raisin bread Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 1 hr 30 min Makes: 16 servings, 1 slice each  1-2/3 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs 1-1/2 cups  flour 3/4 cup sugar 1 Tbsp.  CALUMET Baking Powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2   eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup  oil 2 large ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup) 1 cup  raisins   PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix cracker crumbs, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl; set aside. Beat eggs, milk and oil in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in bananas. Add to flour mixture; stir just until blended. Stir in raisins. SPOON into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. BAKE 1 hour to 1 hour 10 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 min. Remove from pan; cool completely. Cut into 16 slices to serve.   ----- Banana-Walnut Bread   Banana-Walnut Bread Prep Time: 20 min Total Time: 2 hr 30 min Makes: 16 servings, one slice each  1-1/2 cups flour 35   NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups crumbs) 2-1/4 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder 1/2 tsp.  salt 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine or butter, softened 3/4 cup  sugar 2 eggs 2 medium  ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup) 1/2 cup milk 3/4 cup  PLANTERS Walnut Pieces, divided   PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix flour, wafer crumbs, baking powder and salt; set aside. BEAT margarine and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy. Blend in bananas. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1/2 cup of the walnuts. Spread into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup walnuts. BAKE 1 hour 10 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
