Lopsided fruit cake

This is made from a box cake mix

Using a 9 x 13 pan
2 boxes of pound cake cake mix
1 large can of mandarine oranges
2 cups mariscino cherries
3 medium bananas sliced 
1/2 cup milk or water
1 cup juice from oranges
2 whole eggs
4 egg whites

Preheat oven to 350 deg
place all ingredients in mixing bowl mix at low speed for 30 seconds then at medium for 2 minutes. Add sliced bananas while mixing.   
Spray pan with pam librally.  Making sure that bottom and sides are covered.  Add batter to pan.  
Place pan in oven but quickly remove it because you just realized that the rack is to low.  Move rack to higher shelf so that it would look level if you were standing on the side of a steep hill.   bake for 55 minutes.
