Quick and Easy Seven Layer Casserole 4 large potatoes washed and thinly sliced 1 medium onion peeled and thinly sliced 1 cup of carrots thinly sliced - boil ahead to make slightly tender 1 cup of cauliflower and broccoli combined 1/2 cup of can corn 1 can of green or yellow beans 2 cans of mushroom soup, (mix together 1 can of milk to both cans of soup in a bowl and set aside) 8-10 breakfast sausages and Salt and pepper to taste In a casserole dish, layer each ingredient individually the potatoes, onions, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli, corn and beans. Pour the mushroom soup over top of everything and add the salt and pepper. Arrange the breakfast sausages on top as your last layer. Bake in a preheated oven on 375 degrees for 1 hour and turn the sausages once or twice during cooking time
