Banana Cream Cheesecake 1 (9 inch ) graham cracker pie crust 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup sugar 2 cups sliced bananas 1 (4 serving size) box instant banana pudding mix 1 3/4 cups milk 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed In bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mix well. Stir in 1 cup whipped topping. Place 1 cup sliced bananas into crust. Spread with cream cheese mixture. Place remaining bananas on top. In another bowl, combine milk and pudding mix, stir until smooth. Add 1 cup whipped topping, mix well. Spread over bananas. Chill for several hours.
