Cheesecake 01 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1/4 cup lemon juice 3 eggs 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream, room temperature In 2 quart glass bowl, beat cream cheese with mixer until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice, mix well. Microwave on medium-high for 6 to 8 minutes, or until hot, stirring every 2 minutes. Pour into crust. Microwave on medium for 6 to 8 minutes until center is set. Cool. Chill.
