In bowl, combine cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla and lemon extract. Beat with mixer until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. In another bowl, combine sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over pie. Bake for 10 minutes.
