Cherry Cheesecake 1 (18.25 ounce) box white cake mix 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese 4 cups powdered sugar 2 cups whipping cream, whipped 2 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Pour into two greased 9x13 inch baking pans. Bake for 20 minutes, or until done. Cool. In bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat with mixer until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over each cake. Top with pie filling. Chill for 4 hours, or overnight.
