Chocolate Cheesecake 01
2 cups semi-sweet-chocolate chips
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (7 ounce) jar Marshmallow creme
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1 (9 inch) Chocolate Crumb pie Crust
Preheat oven to 375. In microwave, heat chocolate for 2 minutes, or until shiny. Stir until smooth.) In bowl, combine cream cheese and marshmallow creme. Beat with mixer until smooth. Add eggs and sour cream, beat until blended. Beat in chocolate. Spoon into crust. Bake for 45 minutes, or just until edges begin to brown. Turn off heat and let cheesecake cool in oven with door cracked open for 1 hour. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Cover. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
