Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
3 eggs, well beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 (18 ounce) rolls refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Place 1 package of sliced cookie dough on bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan. Press dough to seal holes. Place cheese mixture on top. Place other package of cookie dough on top, sealing holes. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool until firm.
