Double Chocolate Layer Cheesecake 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 3 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted, slightly cooled 1 (9 inch) chocolate crumb crust Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat with mixer on medium until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Stir melted chocolate into 1 cup batter. Pour chocolate batter into crust. Top with remaining plain batter. Bake for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Cool. Chill for 3 hours.
