No Bake Cheesecake 1 cup white chocolate chips 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, cubed 1 (8 ounce) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust 1/3 cup english toffee bits In saucepan, melt chocolate chips over medium-low heat, stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Cover. Chill overnight, or until set. Just before serving, sprinkle with toffee bits.
