No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup sugar 11 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 stick butter, softened 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust Microwave chocolate chips for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until melted and smooth, set aside. In bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and butter. Beat with mixer until smooth. On low, blend in melted chocolate. Fold in whipped topping until blended. Spoon into crust. Cover. Chill until firm.
