Rich Chocolate Cheesecake
1 (18.25 ounce) box deluxe fudge marble cake mix
6 tablespoons butter, melted
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted, cooled to luke-warm
4 eggs
1 cup whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350. Reserve cocoa from small mix packet and 1/2 cup cake mix. In bowl, combine remaining cake mix and butter until well mixed. Press evenly into greased 9x13 inch baking pan. In another bowl, combine reserved cocoa mixture, cream cheese, chocolate, eggs and cream. Beat with mixer on low for 3 minutes, or until well mixed. Spread filling over crust. Bake for 25 minutes. Chill.
