Valentine Cheesecake 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup melted shortening 1 pound marshmallows, melted with 3/4 cup milk 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese 1 (8 ounce) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and shortening. Press evenly into heart shaped cake pan. In another bowl, combine marshmallow mixture and cream cheese. Beat with mixer until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Chill for 8 hours.
