Valentine No Bake Strawberry Bottom Cheesecake 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust 4 ounces cream cheese 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 pint fresh strawberries, thinly sliced 1 cup strawberry glaze Slice strawberries and place onto paper towels to drain. In bowl, beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blend well. Spread thin layer of glaze into crust. Place strawberry slices on glaze. Cover with another thin layer of glaze. Gently spoon cream cheese mixture over glazed strawberries. Cover. Chill for 4 hours. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
