Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies 1 box wild blueberry muffin mix 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats 1 egg 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon milk Preheat oven to 375. Wash blueberries, drain on paper towels. In bowl, combine all but blueberries, mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Make a deep impression in center of each cookie. Fill with 7 to 8 well drained blueberries. Push dough from sides to cover berries, pat down. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until light brown
