Butter Pecan Cookies 01
1 (18.25 ounce) box Butter Pecan cake mix
1 (4 serving size) box Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
1 egg
1 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup finely chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 400. In bowl, combine all ingredients. Roll into little balls. Place onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool for 1 minute before removing from pan.
