Butterfinger Cookies 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup sugar 1 stick butter, softened 1 egg 3 (2.1 ounce) Butterfinger candy bars, coarsely chopped Preheat oven to 375. In bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, combine sugar and butter. Beat with mixer until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in candy. Drop by slightly rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on pans for 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
