Butterscotch Chip Cookies 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 sticks butter, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 large egg 2 tablespoons milk 1-1/2 cups butterscotch chips Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, combine butter, vanilla, brown sugar and sugar. Beat with mixer until fluffy. Beat in egg and milk. Stir in butterscotch chips. Fold in flour mixture. Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
