Butterscotch Spice Cookies 1 (18.25 ounce) box spice cake mix 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 1 cup butterscotch chips Preheat oven to 375. In bowl, combine cake mix, oil, vanilla and eggs. Beat with mixer on low until well blended. Stir in butterscotch chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until set. Cool on pans for 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely
