Cherry Drop Cookies
1 (18.25 ounce) box cherry supreme cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts
Maraschino cherries, quartered
2 tablespoons water
Few drops red food coloring
Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine cake mix, oil, water, eggs and food coloring. Stir in nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Top each cookie with a quartered cherry. bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
