Beat sugars and dressing in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. ADD dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in raisins. Drop rounded table spoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto lightly greased baking sheets. BAKE 9 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
