Au Gratin Crockpot Potatoes 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns, partially thawed 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cheddar cheese soup 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk 1 (2.8 ounce) can French fried onions, divided Salt and pepper to taste Coat crockpot with non stick cooking spray. Add potatoes, soup, milk and onions, reserving 1/4 cup onions. Add salt and pepper, stir lightly to combine. Cover. Cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours, or on High for 3 hours. Sprinkle with reserved onions just before serving.
