Beef And Bean Burritos 1 (3 pound) boneless chuck roast 1 package dry burrito mix 1 to 2 spoons salsa 1/4 cup water, just enough to cover bottom of crockpot 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans Grated cheddar cheese Flour tortillas Place roast into crockpot. Add burrito mix and water. Turn roast a few times to blend in mix. Add salsa. Cover. Cook on low for 12 to 14 hours. Wrap tortillas in foil. Warm in a 325 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. While tortillas are warming, heat beans. Place some of meat, beans and cheese on center of tortillas, leaving 1/2 inch at top and bottom. Spread mixture out to sides to 2 inches from edge. Fold.
