Beef Stew In A Crockpot
2 pounds roast beef, cut up
2 large carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, chopped
Onion to taste
5 ounces peas
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
Place all ingredients into crockpot. Cover. Cook on high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
