Cheesy Chicken And Potatoes 1 cup milk 4 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup shredded cheddar/jack cheese 2/3 cup cubed Velveeta 1 yellow onion, minced 1 tablespoon minced garlic 3 to 4 cups potatoes, peeled, sliced In crockpot, combine milk, butter, cheeses, onion, garlic and potatoes. Stir to combine. Add chicken. Cover. Cook on low for 6 hours, or on high for 3 hours. Add cornstarch for thicker sauce.
