Cheesy Chili Dip 1/2 pound finely chopped pork, browned 1 (16 ounce) box velveeta, cubed 1 (10 ounce) can Ro-tel, drained 1 cup cream of mushroom soup 1 (16 ounce) can chili 1 (14.5 ounce) package tortilla chips In crockpot, combine cheese, Ro-tel, soup, chili and pork. Cover. Cook on low until all cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
