Crockpot Barbecued Turkey Legs 4 uncooked turkey drumsticks Salt and pepper 1/4 cup molasses 1/4 cup vinegar 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon hickory smoke salt 1 tablespoon minced onion Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper. Place into crockpot. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over turkey. Cover. Cook on low for 5 to7 hours. If turkey legs are small, serve one thigh or one drumstick per person, if large, slice off meat and serve with sauce. Makes 4 to 6servings.
