Stuffed Peppers 6 to 8 small green and/or red peppers, tops removed, seeded 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn 1 pound ground beef, browned, drained 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons ketchup Wash peppers, drain well. In bowl, combine corn, beef, tomato sauce, salt, garlic salt, pepper, cheese, worcestershire sauce and onion, stir well. Stuff peppers two-thirds full. Pour 3 tablespoons water into crockpot. Arrange stuffed peppers in crockpot. Pour ketchup over top of peppers. Cover. Cook on low for 7 to 9 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
