Birthday Cupcakes 1 (18.25 ounce) box Super Moist yellow cake mix 1 1/4 cups water 1/3 cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 (16 ounce) can frosting 24 ring-shaped hard candies or jellybeans Preheat oven to 350. Place paper liners in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups. In bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs. Beat with mixer on low for 2 minutes. Pour into muffin cups. Bake for 18 to 23 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely. Spread with frosting. Decorate with candies. Store loosely covered.
