Bloomin' Cupcakes 1 (18.25 ounce) box devil's food cake mix 1/2 cup toffee chips 1 (16 ounce) can vanilla frosting 1/4 teaspoon green food coloring 18 large marshmallows 18 small gumdrops Preheat oven to 350. Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners. Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Stir in toffee chips, mix well. Fill baking cups three-fourths full. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean. Cool completely. In bowl, combine frosting and food coloring, mix well. Spread tops of cupcakes with green frosting. With kitchen shears, cut 7 petal-shaped pieces from each marshmallow. Place 1 gumdrop in center of each cupcake. Place "petals" around gumdrops, forming flowers. Serve, or cover until ready to serve.
