Cheesecake Cupcakes 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese 5 eggs 1 cup Plus 1/3 cup sugar, divided 2 teaspoons vanilla, divided 1 1/2 cups sour cream In bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla until smooth. Fill 24 paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until tops are lightly brown. In another bowl, combine 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and sour cream. Top each with mixture. Bake for 5 minutes.
