Self-Filled Cupcakes 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 1 egg 1 cup powdered sugar 1 (18.25 ounce) box devil's food cake mix 1 cup mini chocolate chips Chocolate icing Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine cream cheese, egg and powdered sugar. Beat with mixer until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Fill muffin cups half full. Add 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture to center of each cup. Bake for 25 minutes. Spread with icing.
