Stuffed Cupcakes 1 (18.25 ounce) box butterscotch cake mix 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 egg, beaten 1 cup sugar 1 cup butterscotch chips Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin pan with paper liners. Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Fill cupcake liners three-fourths full. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, egg and sugar. Add butterscotch chips, mix well. Place 2 teaspoons of filling in center of each cupcake. Bake for 20 minutes.
