Triple Chocolate-Apple Cupcakes 1 (18.25 ounce) box devil's food cake mix 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup water 3 eggs 2 cups grated, unpeeled Michigan apples 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips 24 chocolate candy kisses Multi colored sprinkles Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake batter as directed on package, using oil, water, eggs and apples. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide batter into twenty-four 2 3/4 inchpaper-lined muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes, or until done. Remove from pans to cool on wire rack. While cupcakes are hot, place one candy kiss on top of each cupcake. Candy may be spread as frosting when melted and decorated with sprinkles. Cool completely.
