Apple Crumble 5 to 6 cups sliced pared apples 1 1/4 cups Biscuit baking mix 2/3 cup sugar, or brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 stick butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Preheat oven to 350. Place apples into greased 8 inch square baking dish. In bowl, combine baking mix, sugar and egg until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown and apples are tender.
