Frozen Chocolate Mousse 01 2 sticks butter 2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup cocoa 4 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla Graham cracker crumbs In bowl, combine butter, powdered sugar and cocoa. Beat with mixer until combined. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Mixture may look curdled. Place a layer of crumbs into 8 inch square pan. Spread chocolate mixture over crumbs. Top with more crumbs. Freeze.
