Appalachia Mountain Fudge
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
5 (1.5 ounce) milk chocolate candy bars, broken
1 (13 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
4 1/2 cups sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
In bowl, combine chocolate chips, candy and marshmallow creme, set aside. In saucepan, combine sugar, salt, milk and butter, mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil for 13 minutes exactly. Remove from heat. pour over chocolate mixture, beat until smooth. Chill for 2 to 3 hours. Store in refrigerator.
