Walnut Fudge 4 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate 1 (14 ounce) can evaporated milk 4 cups sugar 1/2 stick butter 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped In saucepan, combine chocolate, evaporated milk, sugar, butter and salt. Bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and nuts. Beat with mixer until thickened and less shiny than before. Spread into greased dish. Cool for several hours.
