White Chocolate Fudge 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 4 cups powdered sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla 12 squares (1 ounce each) ounces white chocolate or almond bark 3/4 cup chopped pecans In bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat with mixer until smooth. In crockpot, melt chocolate or almond bark. Fold in cream cheese and nuts. Spread into greased 8 inch pan. Chill. Cut into squares.
